These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between MELOOBA and any user of the website www.melooba.com.
By confirming an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.
1. Seller Information
MELOOBA is operated by an individual acting as an independent seller.
No company has been registered yet.

2. Products
The products offered are selected from specialist suppliers.
The descriptions are made with care, but minor differences may exist.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€).
They may be modified without notice, but the products invoiced will be at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
All orders require a correct address and a valid email address.
MELOOBA reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear error or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay or PayPal.
MELOOBA does not store any banking data.
6. Delivery
The packages are shipped from various international warehouses.
Estimated delivery times:

A tracking number is provided as soon as the package is shipped.
7. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to request a return.
