What are the delivery times?

Our average delivery times are 7 to 14 working days - Excluding health or customs constraints.

Please take this into account when making your purchases.

Where do your products come from?

We work with several warehouses located in Europe and internationally. This allows us to offer a selection of quality baby products at the best price.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It may take 2 to 5 days for the tracking number to be activated on the carrier's platform.

Why am I receiving my items separately?

Some products are shipped from different warehouses. Therefore, it is possible that your items may arrive in several packages a few days apart, at no extra cost to you.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery cost for an order under €49 is €3.90 and above this amount this delivery cost is cancelled (for France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg only).
