1. Processing times
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A shipping confirmation is sent to you as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
2. Delivery times
We deliver to Europe and Switzerland.
Estimated delivery times:

3. Order tracking
Each order has a tracking number which is sent to you by email.
The tracking may take 2 to 5 days to activate.
4. Packages delivered separately
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to reduce delivery times.
This does not incur any additional costs.

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), customs duties may be applied according to the legislation of the country.
These fees are not dependent on MELOOBA.
6. Incorrect address
MELOOBA cannot be held responsible if a delivery fails due to:
